About the Company

Operating Discipline.
Long-Term Vision.

Grey Earth Resources is building Zimbabwe's integrated chrome and gold platform — active mining and processing operations today, with a clear roadmap to ferrochrome smelting and downstream value addition.

Near-Term Production

Lumpy chrome and wash plant operations delivering immediate revenue and feedstock for downstream processing.

Gold Recovery

Open cast and underground gold mining with heap leaching provides a diversified production base alongside chrome.

Value Addition Path

Planned ferrochrome smelting will use internal chrome feedstock — capturing downstream margin while reducing exposure to spot ore prices.
Why Grey Earth Resources

Built To Go
The Distance.

Integrated Value Chain

One company. Mine to market. Chrome ore through washing, processing and planned smelting — controlling the full value chain.

Diversified Commodities

Chrome and gold provide complementary revenue streams — chrome feeds the smelting strategy while gold delivers near-term production income.

Local Partnerships

Built on the ground in Gwanda District. Genuine community partnerships and direct support for small-scale Zimbabwean miners.

Expansion Strategy

Ferrochrome smelting using internal chrome feedstock is the next planned stage — capturing downstream margin while securing supply.

Why Zimbabwe Chrome

One Of The World's
Great Chrome Belts.

Zimbabwe sits on some of the largest and highest-grade chrome resources on the planet. The Great Dyke — one of the world's most significant layered intrusions — runs directly through Matabeleland, making Gwanda District a strategically located base for chrome and gold extraction with direct access to regional and international export routes.

World-Class Chrome Resources

Zimbabwe holds some of the world's largest high-grade chromite reserves, concentrated along the Great Dyke geological formation running through Matabeleland.

Strategic Export Position

Direct road access to South African ports and regional chrome trading routes, with growing direct export relationships with Asian and Middle Eastern buyers.

Beneficiation Policy Support

Zimbabwe's national minerals policy actively supports in-country value addition — making ferrochrome smelting a strategically aligned investment, not just a commercial one.

Gold & Chrome Combination

Gwanda District is one of the few areas where chrome and gold mineralisation overlap — giving Grey Earth a diversified commodity base within a single operating geography.
Export Capability

Commodities &
Target Markets.

Grey Earth Resources produces lumpy chrome ore and chrome concentrate for international sale, with gold recovery providing a parallel revenue stream. Ferrochrome becomes the primary export product once smelting capacity is commissioned.
